  Please note that while the samples are free, the postage cost is to be covered by the customer.

• How long does it take to receive samples?

  You can expect to receive your samples in about 5-10 days.

  The exact time depends on the availability of the samples in stock and the schedule of our sample room.

• How much is the freight charge for samples?

  The freight charge for samples depends on the weight and size of the sample package, as well as the destination.

• Can I visit your factory?

  Yes, definitely! We love having visitors. If you can’t come in person, we also offer virtual tours via ZOOM.

• How can you guarantee quality?

  Quality is our top priority.

  To ensure this, we always create a pre-production sample before starting mass production.

  Additionally, our quality control involves two separate inspection departments: one for the finished woven wood shades and another for the final inspection before shipment.

  This double-check process helps us maintain high standards and deliver excellent products every time.

• Is there any MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement?

  Yes, our MOQ varies depending on the product series:

  For Bamboo Series: The MOQ for woven wood roll fabric is 10 rolls.

  For Hemp Series: The MOQ is just 5 rolls.

  For Woven Wood Shades: The MOQ is 1 piece.

  This allows for flexibility in ordering according to your specific needs.

• Do I need to pay a deposit when the contract is done?

  Yes, our payment terms are as follows:

  • For orders less than USD 10,000: Payment is 100% T/T (telegraphic transfer) upon order confirmation.
  • For orders exceeding USD 10,000: We require a 50% T/T deposit when the order is confirmed, and the remaining 50% T/T before shipment.

• What are your delivery methods?

  We offer various delivery options to suit your needs, including express, air, and sea shipping (with FOB or CIF terms).

  When you send us a product inquiry, we’ll also provide advice on the best delivery method based on your specific requirements.

• Will there be color variation between different batches of woven wood shades?

  Yes. Because woven wood shades are made from natural materials, slight batch-to-batch color variation is normal.

  We control consistency by using an approved color range with upper, middle, and lower reference samples, and by managing all dyeing by batch without mixing materials.
